Tahini dressing has been one of my easy go-to’s aside from your standard olive oil and lemon juice. This recipe is my staple and pairs well with literally everything. Super simple. Super delish!
Tahini! It’s ground up sesame seeds for those who do not know. It’s got a naturally creamy, semi bitter taste to it. There’s many many different brands out there but I really enjoy Artisana. A perk about Tahini is it can last for ages in your fridge. What’s there not to love?
The tanginess of the lemon (or lime) mixed with the curry powder creates such a savory aroma and taste. It marries most salads I make or bowls I eat. Make a big batch and keep it in the fridge for about a week!
